You will support the restaurant management team and be expected to deliver exceptional food quality, guest care and service.  You will work to brand standards, within a team, and ensure every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience.

Here is what you need:

Store Team Member Front of house / Back of the House

  • Greet EVERY guest
  • Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks and providing additional up-sell information
  • Process guests’ orders through the POS system
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages
  • Ensure that the portion of food being packed or served is appropriate
  • Promote additional food items to increase sales
  • Process sales and provide guests with receipts and deliver food
  • Ensure that all orders are complete and ready to be received by the guest
  • Able to achieve the highest guest satisfaction by producing quality products.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Work to Brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service
  • Assemble and package orders to the standard
  • Work to brand standards for food and operations with the focus on the guest experience as the top priority.
  • Answer the telephone and deal with an enquiry
  • Keep all guest areas clean and tidy
  • Effectively communicate with others to complete the duties and responsibilities expected
  • Help and support the development of other team members through guidance, training and coaching.
  • Welcome new team members.
  • Help all the team members achieve and maintain the appropriate skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional products and guest service
  • Demonstrate consistent operational standards and procedures that positively impact the store’s overall operations.

  • Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with GDK standards.
  • Maintain the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counter
  • Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels within the kitchen
  • Work to Food Safety standards at all times
  • Maintaining proper food handling and safety standards while preparing food.
  • Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to GDK guideline
  • Following GDK sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day.
  • Working towards understanding and articulating food with integrity
